This is the only company I’ll be renting from for my trip to the slopes. They made our first time a breeze! Extremely easy reservation process and the staff were great. I thought I would be meeting them in the parking lot and the next thing I know they climbed all of those stairs with the gear and was knocking on the door!

Fantastic service. They arrived on time, fit us perfectly with excellent choices for skis and picked them up on time. Pricing was comparable to renting from a shop but without having to leave our house.

Best rental experience we’ve had. Delivered the ski’s right to our hotel door and made sure that the equipment fit properly. Signing the wavers was quick and contactless which made us feel more at ease knowing that this business is really taking precautions against covid. They would send us a link to the waver and then we sign it on our own phone.

We were blown away by how easy Black Tie made renting skis. They arrived at our hotel with all the right equipment and even helped us navigate the mountain/village. Mid-week we swapped our skis for some snowy conditions at the main shop and they had us back on the mountain in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend black tie and avoid the unnecessary crowds of a traditional rental place. We will definitely be repeat customers!
