Yes. If you have a secure place to store bikes overnight at your accommodation, you are more than welcome to keep your rentals for the duration of your booking. However, it is important to keep in mind that you are liable for theft or negligent damage to the bikes while they are in your possession. Alternatively, we are happy to store the bikes in our shop overnight. Our store hours for pick-up/drop-off are 9am-6pm.
Yes! We are able to rent out full face and open face helmets, knee-shin pads, elbow pads, and chest protectors, on their own, subject to availability.
In BC you are required to wear a helmet when riding a bike and you can be fined for not wearing one. It is mandatory to wear a full face helmet in the Bike Park. We provide complimentary helmets with all of our rentals.
We highly recommend taking the damage waiver for any of our mountain bikes (Downhill, Enduro, Trail & E-MTB) due to the increased risk of crashing and the higher price of parts and repairs on these bikes. If you do not take the damage waiver, you will be liable for paying the full cost of any repairs required to get the bike back to rentable condition, including any replacement parts and workshop labor.
If you are an inexperienced rider or are unfamiliar with the terrain you will be riding (eg. bike paths and crushed gravel roads), we also recommend taking the damage waiver on our recreational bikes. As with our mountain bikes, if you do not take the damage waiver, you will be liable for paying the full cost of any repairs required to get the bike back to rentable condition. Please note our damage waiver does not cover theft or damage due to negligence.
We recommend booking your bikes in advance to ensure availability. We do also offer walk-in bookings, but these are subject to availability. Reservations can be made online through our website, by email, or over the phone. Please note that we require payment at the time of booking to reserve your bikes.
Yes, we can include bike locks free of charge with your rental.
No, we are not affiliated with Whistler Blackcomb, which operates the Bike Park and gondolas/lifts. Tickets can be purchased through the Whistler Blackcomb website or at guest services at the base of the Whistler gondola.
Please bring the credit card you paid with and a matching piece of identification. We provide complimentary helmets. We advise dressing for the weather. We sell bike water bottles, sunscreen, sunglasses and other accessories you may want during your day.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the weather, so any cancellations must abide by our cancellation policy. We advise you to plan ahead and dress for the conditions.
Please refer to the size chart that is listed on the information page for each bike. If you are an inexperienced rider between sizes, you may want to choose the smaller size option, as it will be easier to handle and maneuver on the trails.
We request that all bikes are returned by 6pm on the last day of your booking so that we are able to wash and service the bikes, before setting them up for the next day’s customer.
