  • What is your physical location?

    Our walk-in shop is located at 903 C Wisconsin Ave, Whitefish MT 59937

  • What do I bring with me the day of my rental?

    If you are heading out for a bike ride we suggest bringing a backpack so you can carry some supplies. This includes weather appropriate clothing , sun protection, water and snacks. 

  • How fast will the E-mountain bike go?

    Our E-Mountain bikes are considered “Class 1” which are pedal assist (no throttle) up to 20 mph.

  • How long with the battery last on the E-mountain bike rental?

    Our E-Bikes vary in their range from 30-120 miles. Most of our fleet with be within the 40-60 mile range, based on the riders weight and terrain.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Reservations canceled 24 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund. If canceled within 24 hours, no refund is due.

  • Do I have to wear a helmet?

    There is no state law in Montana requiring bicyclists to wear a helmet. With that said, we do provide helmets (free of charge) with every bike rental and strongly suggest you wear one. Plus you’ll look great in our helmets!

  • What happens if I damage a bike?

    An optional damage waiver is available and covers damage to equipment that requires labor or repair beyond a standard tune. We highly recommend securing this additional coverage. Please note it does not cover damage due to NEGLIGENCE, THEFT, or LOSS.

  • Do you deliver or pick up bikes?

    We offer free delivery and pick up with any “mutli-day” rentals to your Whitefish lodging accommodations within 5 miles of our shop. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. 

  • What happens if I get a flat tire?

    If you happen to get a flat tire while biking around Whitefish please call our shop at 406.730.2772. In most cases we will be able to meet you with a replacement bike and take the flat back to the shop. If you plan to be outside city limits/no cell service (Glacier National Park), we can provide you with a flat tire kit and go over how to use it.

  • When do you charge my card?

    We charge credit cards once you have picked up or received the rental gear. That way you can book in advance to reserve the gear without worrying about being charged yet.

  • Can we rent for multiple days?

    Absolutely! We even offer a better price per day along with free delivery/pick up for 2 or more rental days.

  • How old do you need to be to rent?

    Riders need to be at least 16 years old at the time of the rental. Riders under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult during the rental. 

  • What comes with the rental?

    All our bike rentals come with a helmet, water bottle holder and a flat tire kit (if needed). 

  • Do you rent other protective gear?

    We rent bike locks if needed.

  • Do you offer insurance? What does it cover?

  • What if I want to return early?

    If you want to return early, please call the shop as soon as you have made your decision. Rates are charged as Half day (4 hrs), Full Day and Multi Day. Early returns will have rates adjusted accordingly
