MJM Step Over E-Bike
This is the e-bike that will get you where you need to go (and back) with power to spare. The SO22 is the premier e-bike in its class when it comes to range and style.

Pet Trailer
Enjoy going for rides with your favourite pet in PawHut’s pet bicycle trailer. Max load 20kg/ 44lbs. Note: This trailer will fit our recreational hardtail bikes and step over/step through e-bikes.
Child Trailer
The Model A Kids Trailer safely seats one or two children and includes a bug screen, rain cover, two 5-point harnesses, reflectors, and high-visibility materials. Rear storage fits backpacks or small bags. Maximum capacity: 45 kg (100 lbs). Not suitable for pets.

What is your physical location?
Our retail/walk-in location is conveniently located in the center of town at 201 Lynx St, at the Banff Park Lodge.

What do I bring with me on the day of my rental?
Come dressed and prepared for all weather conditions—mountain weather can change at the drop of a hat, regardless of what your weather app says. Be sure to bring snacks, a water bottle (we sell them if you forget yours!), and, most importantly, sunscreen, a hat, and other sun protection.

How fast will the E-mountain bike go?
Top speed for e-assist is 32 KPH.

How long will the battery last on the E-mountain bike rental?
Battery range varies depending on a variety of factors, including the model of bike, rider weight, terrain, peddling power/speed, etc. Our path E-bikes enjoy a range of 60-80 kilometres through normal use.

What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the start time to receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled between 48 hours and 24 hours will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will not be refunded.

Do I have to wear a helmet?
Yes. All riders renting an e-bike are required to wear a helmet, and riders under 18 must wear a helmet regardless of the type of bike they are renting.

What happens if I damage a bike?
Bikes must be returned to us in the same condition as when they were rented. Renters are responsible for covering the cost of any necessary parts, repairs and labor to restore the bike to top-notch condition.

Do you deliver or pick up bikes?
Delivery/pick up service is not available in Banff.

What happens if I get a flat tire?
Give us a call, and we will help you out.

When do you charge my card?
Charges are made at the time of booking.

Can we rent for multiple days?
Certainly, we even offer multi-day discounts.

How old do you need to be to rent?
18+ to set up a rental and sign all the forms. Children must be 12 years or older to use an e-bike. Children 12-18 must be accompanied by an adult while riding an e-bike.

What comes with the rental?
The bike, a lock and a helmet.

Do you offer insurance? What does it cover?
We offer a damage waiver for $10. This covers repairable damage to the bike, with the exception of loss, theft, or negligence.
