• What is your physical location?

• What do I bring with me the day of my rental?

  For E-Bike Rental come prepared with comfortable clothes and shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen. Weather can change quickly in the mountains, so always good to check the weather and bring a rain jacket if there’s a chance of rain. If you are mountain biking wear padded shorts for comfort. Moisture-wicking shirt to keep you dry and cool. Cycyling gloves for better grip and to protect your hands. Sturdy closed shoes with good traction. Sun glasses to shield your eyes from sun, wind and debris.

• How fast will the E-mountain bike go?

  The drive system on our e-bikes provides pedal assist up to a maximum speed of 20 mph. Above that, it’s all you.

• How long with the battery last on the E-mountain bike rental?

  65 miles of range on a single charge

• What is your cancellation policy?

  We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours, no refund is due.

• Do I have to wear a helmet?

  Helmets are provided free of charge with rental. We highly suggest that you wear one. If you rent one of our mountain bikes a helmet is required.

• What happens if I damage a bike?

  We offer a $10 damage waiver that covers up to $500 worth of damage. Over that you are responsible for the repairs and parts needed to fix the bike.

• Do you deliver or pick up bikes?

  Yes, we deliver bikes and pick them up from Copper to Eagle. A two day minimum is required for delivery.

• What happens if I get a flat tire?

  If you get a flat tire give us a call and one of our bike techs will come out and meet you at your location to repair the tire.

• When do you charge my card?

  We charge the credit card the day of your reservation.

• Can we rent for multiple days?

  Yes! We do multi day rentals at a discounted rate.

• How Old Do You Need To Be To Rent?

  To rent one of our E-Bikes you need to be 14 years old or older. We also rent junior full suspension bikes

• What comes with the rental?

  Bike, standard helmet and bike lock.

• Do you rent other protective gear?

  Yes, we rent full face Helmets, knee and elbow pads at an additional rate.

• Do you offer insurance? What does it cover?

  Yes, we offer a $10/day damage waiver that covers up to $500 worth of damage.
