Town Cruiser E-Bike
The RAD Runner 2 is a fun way to get around town. A very upright riding position and easy stepthrough design lets anyone feel confident getting around town. High volume tire smooth out the road, and assist is available both when you pedal and with a twist of the throttle. Front and rear racks mean you can do your shopping or bring along a picnic. It is the fastest way to beat the traffic!

What is your physical location?
We are conveinintly located at 660 N. Main St. in downtown Ketchum.

What do I bring with me the day of my rental?
At a minimum, you should wear comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for riding a bike. It is a good idea to have sunscreen, and most of our bikes have a provision for carrying a standard size bicycle water bottle.

How fast will the E-bike bike go?
All of our e-bikes are Class 1 or Class 2, and the assist is limited to 20mph. However, they will go as fast as you want to pedal!

How long with the battery last on the E-bike rental?
The range of an e-bike is unlimited, but the range for the charge is entirely dependant on how much assist you use vs. how much you pedal. Most customers will have no problem riding an entire day on one charge of our bikes.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your reservation at anytime.

Do I have to wear a helmet?
All riders must wear helmets. Helmets are provided with your rental at no additional charge.

What happens if I damage a bike?
You are responsible for any damage to the bike.

Do you deliver or pick up bikes?
We offer pick and and delivery for bikes in the Ketchum/Sun Valley area, south of the SNRA and north of Ohio Gulch. There is no charge for delivery and pick up for multi-day rentals.

What happens if I get a flat tire?
If you get a flat tire call us and we will meet you where you are to fix the problem.

When do you charge my card?
You credit card will be charged when you pick up your rentals.

Can we rent for multiple days?
Yes! We offer both multi-day and weekly rental discounts. For rental periods longer than a week please call.

How Old Do You Need To Be To Rent?
You must be 14 years of age or older to use an e-bike. We offer regular bikes in childrens sizes. Be aware that groups of mixed e-bikes and regular bikes are difficult to ride as a group.

What comes with the rental?
All bike rentals come with a helmet. All paddle sports rentals come with a life jacket and inflation tools.
